Refund policy

We do not accept returns as all of our products are customized.  If the product arrives damaged or not working properly please contact us asap.   We will fix or replace the damaged item as long as we are notified within 30 days of receipt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Warranty

All of our signs come with a 1 year warranty.  This warranty will be voided if the customer has altered the sign in any way (changing wiring to direct wire, changing leds etc.)  If there is an issue with your sign please contact us at alison@paxtdesigns.com    so that we can arrange a repair with our facility.

Please note our SOLAR PANEL WARRANTY is for one year only. We're offering extra solar panels available to purchase on our website.
