How long will the sign stay lit overnight?
On a full charge the sign illuminates for 8–12 hours. The built-in day/night sensor turns it on automatically at dusk and off at dawn — no timers, no switches.
Does it charge in cloudy or winter weather?
Yes. The solar panel charges in indirect light, just more slowly. Position the panel toward the brightest part of your yard for best results.
Do these meet 911 emergency addressing requirements?
Our signs feature large laser-cut numbers visible from 70+ feet — the benchmark for most US county 911 addressing standards. Requirements vary by location so we recommend confirming with your local emergency management office.
Can I get an arrow added for a shared driveway?
Yes — directional arrows are one of our most requested options. Message us before ordering with your layout and we'll build it into the design. Popular with shared driveways, multi-unit properties, and Airbnb hosts.
How hard is it to install?
The included 33-inch ground stakes push into the ground by hand. Most customers are done in under 10 minutes with no tools needed. Height is adjustable.
How long does it take to ship?
FREE SHIPPING - We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouse in Florida, USA.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES - Paxt Designs is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. All packages are sent via UPS with tracking. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or taken off a porch once tracking information shows delivered.

Can I customise the text, numbers, or add a logo?
Every sign is made to order. We laser-cut any combination of house numbers, street names, unit numbers, arrows, and logos. Message us before purchasing and we'll send a design proof for approval before we begin production.
What sizes do you offer?
Four sizes: 8×18, 8×24, 10×28, and 12×32. The 12×32 offers the greatest visibility and is the most popular choice for rural properties and 911 compliance. Message us if you're unsure — we'll recommend the right size based on your driveway length and setback.
Is this made in the USA?
Every sign is designed, cut, and assembled in Florida USA by our family. We've been making custom signs for over 20 years.
